Mechanical Static Equipment Planner Jobs

Perform job walk / site verifications to ensure job packages are fully complete and satisfactory including all support Craft requirements

7+ years of related industry experience in Planning

Assets include: Planning certification and leadership as well as Maintenance planning in an upgrader, refinery, or other industrial plant setting

Computer skills should include Maximo or equivalent CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite

Follow safe work procedures and ensure all comply

Class 5 driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.

Ambition to learn new tasks and skills.

Full-Time Mechanical Equipment Delivery Driver

$17.00 to $20.00 per hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Work alongside experienced project managers to learn the keys to client relationship building and successful project delivery

Ensure that project activities are conducted in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders Quality Management System

Previous exposure to redevelopment projects, design management, construction contract administration or project financials is an asset

Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications

Provide a communication path between the Project Manager, Furniture and Space Planners, Clinical Specialist and other project stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Provides input into material of construction selection and management

Applies planning logic, such as, lead, lag, critical path, and milestones Requirements and Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, combined with field experience is required

Minimum 10 years of closely related professional experience is a must
