The ideal candidate would possess an excellent working knowledge of the paper making process.

Good communication skills with excellent strategic thinking skills.
Proficient analytical skills required as well as a strong background in MS Office, MS Project.

Facilitate the purchase of appropriate equipment by specifying requirements and assisting procurement with the purchase of equipment.
Previous experience in Minerals & Metals is a must, and Oil & Gas would be an asset
Good knowledge of CAD, 3D software and MS Office.
Proven ability to manage, motivate and influence employees at all levels.
Well-developed written and oral skills.
Mechanical And Quality Engineer

Assist the production manager in coaching the subassembly production line with manufacturing issues
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry
Knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices in manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge in electrical engineering
Experience with IPC standards (an asset)
