Job Experience, Education And Qualifications

Maintaining organization set out by Department Management, store back stock, ingredients, and supplies in cooler and/or freezer per Meat department procedures

High School diploma or a combination of experience and education preferred

Follow all Meat Department and government requirements regarding safety and sanitation procedures and policies

Willingness to perform tasks as assigned by managers to assist customers, suppliers and other employees as needed

Minimum of 2 years of meat cutting experience a must

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

Setup company-directed promotions and programs

Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards

A team player with an attention for detail
