Proficient knowledge and experience in the course of teaching interest;

Must have at least 2 to 10 years of experience in adult teaching/facilitation;

Experience conducting course level assessment of student learning outcomes, and analyzing relevant data, and utilizing the results to improve instruction;

Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written;

Must have stable internet access and experience with Zoom conferencing.

Utilize curriculum that reflect the diverse educational, cultural and linguistic backgrounds of the course participants;
