Operators joining the team should possess the following skills and adhere to these specifications:

Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.

Mechanical skill: Must be mechanically inclined and understand mechanical principles.

Experience: Some manufacturing experience required and consistent work history preferred.

Safety: Must show a commitment to an interdependent safety-first attitude.

Positive Attitude: Consistently display positive behavior that supports the organization’s goals and objectives.

At least two years of experience using a computerized table saw/guillotine

At least two years of experience driving a forklift

Selects saw blade according to type of material and cut specified on work order.

Pulls stock and restocks from/to storage locations, removes cut stock from machine and maintains production count.

Uses programmable displays on CNC saws to set-up and cut materials.

Skills Requirements – Education And Work Experience

Prepare, measure and mark surface to be covered;

Build underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires and brackets;

Mix, apply and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives using hand trowel;

Set tiles in position and apply pressure to affix tiles to base;

Align and straighten tile using levels, squares and straightedges;
