Manufacturing Research Assistant Jobs

· Knowledgeable on all aspects of plant operations and management

· 2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ensure all plant personnel are operating in compliance with plant procedures and customer or regulatory requirements.

Guide department managers in development of labor usage strategies to better utilize resources.

Provide overall leadership, direction, and coordination for Plant Operation, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Scheduling, and Special Projects.

Must have a valid forklift license to move material across the production floor.

Ability to manage peak volumes, meet deadlines and determine priorities.

Experience with an ERP system, specifically Infor LN

Experience in an engineered-to-order environment

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Provide support for various manufacturing administration tasks and reports.

Supports Production department by coordinating and organizing task that ensure the efficiency of the department.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Materials & Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of all materials used in the production process.

3D Printer Management: Operate and troubleshoot Creality Ender V2 3D printers.

Strong written skills for producing, managing, and organizing clear reports and records.

Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly.
