Responsible for all facets of quality for designated castings throughout the operation from core to door.

Act as the primary liaison to the customer for all communications related to their designated castings.

Access to all customer portals and DQR status for all customers is required.

· Knowledgeable on all aspects of plant operations and management

· 2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ensure all plant personnel are operating in compliance with plant procedures and customer or regulatory requirements.

Guide department managers in development of labor usage strategies to better utilize resources.

Provide overall leadership, direction, and coordination for Plant Operation, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Scheduling, and Special Projects.

Must have a valid forklift license to move material across the production floor.

Plumbing, steam fitting, HVAC, and electrical experience

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical principles

Manage material certs and AS9102 reports

Assist Quality Manager in assigning, monitoring, and verifying Corrective, Preventive, Supplier, Complaint and Audit Follow up Actions (referred to as Actions).

File shipping and receiving documentation

Participates with stakeholders to develop potential actions and implementation.

Maintain a variety of data by entering new and updated information

Be a role model by following and re-enforcing safety, ESD, ITAR & QMS protocols

Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification is an asset

Maintain detailed knowledge of Manufacturing, Warehousing and Production Planning ERP processes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements, inputs and outputs to support application development, configuration activities and business reporting

Document and present technical requirements via system and reporting design specifications and as-built documentation

Promote knowledge transfer within the technology team and other business units

Establish the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of functional and technical requirements to create viable specifications and acceptance criteria for solutions

Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are essential to meet production deadlines.

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.

Oversee the manufacturing process from start to finish, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of production tasks.

Maintain high-quality standards by enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.

You will oversee offline quality inspection processes and training including specification and management of major inspection equipment and environments

You have experience deploying quality tools and systems in a manufacturing environment.

Gather the VOC and translate to measurable, controllable requirements

You will implement and manage change in a systematic manner
