Overview The Manufacturing Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of a manufacturing plant. This includes overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, managing staff, and ensuring that the plant meets safety and environmental regulations. The Manufacturing Plant Manager must also be able to develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Detailed Job Description The Manufacturing Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of a manufacturing plant. This includes overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, managing staff, and ensuring that the plant meets safety and environmental regulations. The Manufacturing Plant Manager must also be able to develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The Manufacturing Plant Manager must have a strong understanding of the manufacturing process, as well as the ability to manage and motivate staff. Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant management role

• Ability to analyze data and make decisions
