Manager Or Senior Accountant Jobs

2-3 years of supervisory experience

Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience

Previous experience in manufacturing industry can be an asset

Leading a team of accounting professionals

Prepare full set of accounts and chart of accounts

GST/HST, Payroll and T4 processing

Develop the capabilities of less experienced staff through coaching, knowledge transfer, internal training delivery, assignment of challenging work opportunities

Collaborate with team members on the design of Canadian and international private equity funds and related management structures

Manage and mentor engagement team members and work closely with team members located across the country

You have at least 5 years of experience in the professional services industry, with a period specializing in Tax

You enjoy working within M&A transactions and are keen to develop further knowledge in this area

Experienced with identifying issues and developing solutions, managing client expectations and engagement economics and team leadership

Minimum five (5) years’ case management or related experience is an asset.

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities among competing deadlines while maintaining service standards.

Post-secondary degree/diploma in a medical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Actively working towards or completion of Case Management or NIDMAR courses is considered an asset.

Good communication skills both written and spoken.

Good working knowledge of SharePoint is considered an asset.

Preparing financial statements and the management discussion and analysis for quarterly and year end filings for various clients;

Assist with continuous disclosure requirements; Common complex accounting issues include accounting for acquisitions, stock based compensation, translations and consolidations

Significant public company audit and/or financial reporting experience - ideally with small to mid-sized product based companies

Completing consolidation and translation files;

Assisting clients with financial analysis, preparing financial analysis of various balance sheet and income statement accounts;
