Experience in a GxP position

Knowledge of GMP and various regulatory guidelines such as Health Canada, FDA, CFR, EMEA etc. is an asset

Experience with industry-specific computerized applications (e.g. Veeva)

Aseptic operations experience and understanding of aseptic operations controls

Experience with Microbiology Laboratory testing

Assist with creating, implementation and closure of CAPAs in a timely manner

High School degree however preference will be given to applicants with post secondary education in a science related field

Experience with Allergen quantification would be an asset

Maintain accurate records with a strict adherence to the corporate Quality System

Role includes working on week-ends and some paid overtime as required

Shifts vary between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM 7 days a week

Efficient in Windows based software applications

Writing technical and management system reports

5+ years of relevant experience including significant responsibilities in a regulatory environment

Assessing product specifications and customer requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal relation skills

Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement

Ensuring compliance with national and international standards

Management of the QC team and ensuring adequate QC resources based on workload.

Review the scope for welding requirements and initiate new WPS qualification as required.

Ensure QC Leads and Inspectors understand their roles and responsibilities, including the QC Manual and site-specific requirements.

Manage turnover packages, monitor, and audit CAM QC files, including archiving of documents.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry.

Minimum of 6+ years of field QA/QC experience required.

Strong negotiating, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

Work with construction management staff to complete warranty claims from the client

Manage the quality control process on new construction builds.

Manage the maintenance of quality control programs, including audits.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the residential construction industry

Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a team lead capacity

Manage the stability program and ensure ongoing enrolment aligns with corporate objectives

5+ years of experience in a lab environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer-packaged goods industry

5 + years of experience in a leadership role building high-performing teams

You have strong leadership skills capable of developing cross-functional relationships and coaching others to success

You excel in a fast-paced environment where you can challenge the status quo and manage multiple projects at once

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management within the ready mix concrete industry

Maintain raw material, sales codes and mix design databases, with regards to inventory management, cost tracking,and concrete production

Investigate, review and respond to quality complaints, offering technical guidance and best practice memos where required

Eng., EIT or equivalent Technologist experience considered a strong asset

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the operation of a concrete testing laboratory

CCIL certified lab supervising professional experience considered an asset

You will be accountable for the Contract Laboratories quality management activities including Deviations, Change Management or Complaints

Ensuring implementation at the Contract Laboratories of a compliant Data management process and other AbCellera quality initiatives

Maintaining current knowledge of applicable Quality & Regulatory requirements and evolving trends and supporting the Contract Laboratories to meet these standards

5+ years of Quality Control experience in a GxP regulated environment such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences

Strong experience with various software/databases such as, but not limited to, ERP, MES, eQMS and LIMS

Possess familiarity with crane safety requirements and the NAVFAC P-307 (Management of Weight Handling equipment) specification

In conjunction with the Navy Construction Manager (CM), review and provide recommendations toward approval of contractor-submitted quality control plans.

Perform related construction engineering tasks as assigned by the SJS Program Manager, the Navy Construction Manager or his or her designee.

Attend selective quality control, preparatory and initial meetings, and monitor three-phase checklists for accuracy and thoroughness.

Take, file and distribute progress photos at work sites.

Validate quantity, condition and approval of materials on site before the Government issues invoice payments to contractors.

Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified and strong project management skills.

Manage and drive team in delivering right and fast quality results.

Manage and Maintain integrity and compliance.

Develop and Manage strong operating process/system with customer and supplier quality teams.

Manage Site quality performance Audits, audit results and drive preventive measures.

Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a manufacturing setting.
