Manager Microbiology Overnights Jobs

High School degree however preference will be given to applicants with post secondary education in a science related field

Experience with Allergen quantification would be an asset

Maintain accurate records with a strict adherence to the corporate Quality System

Role includes working on week-ends and some paid overtime as required

Shifts vary between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM 7 days a week

Efficient in Windows based software applications

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

Setup company-directed promotions and programs

Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards

A team player with an attention for detail

Dust or wipe down check-in counters

Empties and cleans check-in counters waste baskets

Spot cleans walls, partitions, light switches and doors, window sills

Cleans and polishes chrome and other polished metal surfaces

Cleans partition glass that is within arm's reach

Dusts baseboards and low air vents

Bachelor's degree or Microbiology College diploma/certification

1-2 years of experience within a Quality/Compliance function

Knowledge of various regulatory guidelines such as Health Canada, FDA, CFR, EMEA, etc.

Assist with creating, implementing, and closure of CAPAs in a timely manner

Assist with creating, implementation and closure of Change Controls in a timely manner

Attend meetings to provide status updates on CAPAs, Change Controls and Deviations on behalf of QC Microbiology
