Hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: law, industrial relations, psychology, management or a degree deemed equivalent.
Qualification on national master standing offers.
Impeccable communication skills in both French and English, oral and written form, is essential.
Have completed a certification training for workplace investigators recognized by a Canadian professional association is essential.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience in conducting administrative workplace investigations for allegations of misconduct, harassment and violence, and discrimination.
Minimum experience conducting three (3) administrative investigations in the last five (5) years.
