Management Controller Jobs

8+ years of public or a mixture of big 4 and private accounting experience

Strong knowledge of IFRS and/ or US GAAP

Review all monthly accounting activities

Coordinate with tax and auditor professionals

Review and approve global T&E reimbursements

Role (A full spec is available):

You will ensure accuracy of management control and costing information

You already have experience in this field

You have knowledge of MS Office (specially Excel control) and SAP

You will prepare the elements for the reporting, the budget, the business plan and the forecasts

You will follow and analyze the actual situation vs forecast and vs budget on the daily, weekly and monthly basis

You will ensure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process

3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity

Strong technical skills including thorough knowledge of ASPE and IFRS

Manage day-to-day operations related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking activities.

Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and career development support to the finance team.

7 to 10 years related experience in both commercial and residential real estate

Extensive experience with Yardi Voyager

Minimum of 2 years experience working in accounting and finance in the property management/real estate industry.

REIT or property management experience

Manage intercompany investor ownership, consolidated financials, investor distributions and Net Asset Value management

Cash flow management: Prepare cash flow projections on a timely basis. Work with the owner on raising capital.

Take the initiative to propose improvements to the accounting process or management of the flow of information to the accounting team.

College or University degree required in business or financial management.
