Proven knowledge of high-speed machinery, Human Machine Interface (HMI) and experience in calibrating production machinery

Document and process employee qualification / disqualification of CP machine operators ;
Interact with employees to ensure/understand performance requirements of inspections and preventative maintenance per current instructions ;
Manage and mentor a Unionized Trainer-Mentor if/when required ;
Evaluate the skill levels against set parameters for CP machine operators.
Minimum 5 years production crew or work equipment maintenance experience;
