Sea Logistics Drayage Solutions Specialist Jobs

High School Education preferred and 2 plus years’ of verifiable driving experience.

1 year of verifiable driving experience with heavy duty vehicles

Good spoken and written communication skills

Demonstrate expertise on the Sea Logistics product / service offerings and manage the sales of these offerings

Solid PC operational knowledge along with Microsoft Office applications experience.

Produce and close new business opportunities and develop a strategy for account qualifications.

Develop the experience to sell Airfreight, Road Freight Customs brokerage, contract logistics and insurance services.

Stong Business Development experience working with large corporate clients

Knowledge of sea logistics services including FCL, LCL, special equipment, consolidations, trans-loading and drayage services would be an advantage

· Generating operational/aging reports while reporting directly to upper management with improvement plans

· Working with upper management on KPI measurement and continuous improvement

· Working closely with warehouses or other external customers to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

· Experience with drayage and port/rail activity

· Experience managing carrier and logistics performance monitoring and reporting
