Logistics Data Analytics Specialist Jobs

Experience with data warehousing/ETL processes and database management systems such as PostGres, MYSQL, and SQL.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytics requirements and develop solutions to meet their specific needs.

Minimum 2 years of experience using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms, and creating/running simulations.

Strong Experience in extracting, preparing, and analyzing large data sets (>100 million records)

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and translate findings into meaningful business insights.

Coordinate and deliver support across other IDEAWORKS Centres with data analytics requirements.

Advanced knowledge of database design and operation (SQL and NoSQL).

Technical lead for diverse industry projects for EPIC; hand-on software development.

Interact with industry partners as key technical contact.

Oversee junior staff and students.

A University degree related to computer engineering, software development, electrical or mechanical engineering.

Proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.

Prior experience gathering data requirements and providing data-driven recommendations.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to the business objectives and translate them into data requirements.

Analyze data trends, patterns, and user behavior to deliver actionable recommendations that drive business growth and optimize digital experiences.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging analytics technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve analytical capabilities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.

The proposed resource should have demonstrated experience with change management.

The proposed resource should have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

The proposed resource must have a minimum combined years of relevant education and work experience in similar roles.

Resource must have experience in Data Analytics or Data Scientist roles. Experience must be applicable to this role.

M3. The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with relational database modeling techniques.

Partner with stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities that support D&T transparency increase

Consolidate and structure data from multiple data sources into easy-to-use data visualizations & dashboards
