Line Maintenance Coordinator Jobs in Ontario

3+ years experience in operations and maintenance

Post secondary education in clean energy technology

Experience with CMMS or similar database systems

Strong work ethic and communication skills

Multi-tasking ability and problem solving skills

Knowledge of electricity, voltage and current relationships for both AC and DC circuits.

Be experienced with using Contract Administration Management software and maintain an updated database throughout the duration of the project.

Training and developing the team on contract management. Carry out talent review and follow up their development.

Use of Contract Administration Management System such as Unifier, ASite, CEMAR, etc…

Encourage the Station Manager and construction team to maintain records and daily reports.

Working with the project team to manage project activities to deliver the works on time, to budget and the specified quality.

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Contract Coordinator working within the construction industry.

Update quality manual and management plans annually.

Document management software: SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, ProjectWise, Procore, Dalux would be an asset.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Minimum 3 years of auditing experience as a quality auditor in infrastructure projects, experience in Ontario preferred.

ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor certification / Training

Prior working experience with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) would be an asset.

Maintain equipment inventory – Data entry for new and existing equipment, generate labels and update maintenance schedules or job plans.

Work in a safe manner understanding all industry safety rules and requirements

1+ years’ experience in a similar/related role

Experience in a Food Manufacturing or related Food Industry environment an asset

Post-Secondary education preferably in a field related to Maintenance

Good oral and written communication skills
