Ameresco Canada is looking to fill the role of maintenance coordinator to work with our team during the operation and maintenance stages of renewable energy infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and system monitoring software for efficient coordination of maintenance activities and documentation;
Schedule & dispatch employees and subcontractors for maintenance activities;
Interface with Ameresco’s customer on a regular basis to provide updates and address any issues;
Generate reports for maintenance activities as well as system performance;
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient operations;
Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards;
Foster strong customer relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; and
Perform Other Duties As Required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ years experience in operations and maintenance
Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of electricity, voltage and current relationships for both AC and DC circuits.
  • Ability to read and interpret system plans, specifications, and operating manuals
  • Post secondary education in clean energy technology
  • Experience with CMMS or similar database systems
  • Proven experience with Ontario safety standards, practices, and codes
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite of Tools including MS Word, Excel
  • Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills
  • Multi-tasking ability and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
