Prepare the Derivative Risk Dashboard for presentation to Senior Management.

Provide input in the establishment of minimum standards that are factored into the management of liquidity risk.

Demonstrated experience with derivative systems; knowledge and experience with FINDUR an asset.

Contribute to the assessment of liquidity risk exposures and steps being taken to manage them.

University degree in finance, risk management, economics, or a related field; or another advanced degree or designation

Extensive experience in financial risk management, internal controls, and model risk management

Experience building, enhancing policies and programs associated with Financial Risk Management

Strong knowledge on databases and systems for model inventory management

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for model risk management, including validation, monitoring, and ongoing assessments of model performance

Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) preferred

Relationship Building – Develop good relations with internal colleagues (within commercial banking, corporate finance, risk management, operations and cash management).

You have a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience, including some coverage or knowledge of the Leveraged Finance market

Strong process and project management skills

Quantitative and database management expertise

Support senior members of the Leveraged Finance team in the publication of flagship research

Perform analysis of legal documentation with guidance from senior members of the Leveraged Finance team

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Access a plus

Employee management experience a plus.

A background in capital markets and/or credit analysis and well-developed corporate finance skills;

Manage junior staff on a project-by-project basis to efficiently grow the research portfolio;

5-10 years of relevant experience;

Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills;

Assist technology leads and project managers in managing a large portfolio of programs and projects

Organize and facilitate closure of project and complete benefit analysis at the end of the project

Utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards, scorecards and analysis of KPI's.

Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to effectively communicate issues, risks and progress on complex processes to multiple stakeholders

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience preferably in STEM subjects

PMP certified or equivalent certification e.g. SAFe Agilist Certification etc.
