Learning Strategist Cice Jobs

●Advanced degree (and/or additional qualifications) in Inclusive Education, Educational Psychology, Orthopédagogie or Psychoéducation is considered an asset

●Synthesize and share information from psychoeducational assessments, informal observations and school reporting

●Bilingualism with excellent French literacy skills

●Experience working with elementary students with identified learning needs

●TÉCFÉE or CÉFRANC certification is an asset

●Diplôme supérieur (et/ou qualifications supplémentaires) en éducation inclusive, psychopédagogie, orthopédagogie ou psychoéducation est un atout

Two (2) year diploma or equivalent with emphasis in working with individuals who have developmental or intellectual challenges.

Proficiency with a variety of online learning apps such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Kahoot"

Provide learning strategies for students with disabilities;

Conduct needs assessments and develop/implement compensatory learning strategies programs for students with disabilities that enhance academic performance;

Analyze current practices, research new valid methods and strategies to assist students in their education and self-monitoring;

Minimum two years of employment specific to the issues faced by students with disabilities in a post-secondary environment;

Experience in developing and conducting group workshops;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership, customer service and creative thinking skills;
