Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience managing customer-facing programs.

4 years of experience engaging with Sales or Account teams.

8 years of experience in customer-facing IT training roles, including cloud training.

Excellent business process improvement and written/verbal communication skills.

Excellent leadership, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.

Experience working in a busy office environment and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Minimum one year related experience

Experience working with student information systems and/or relatively complex computer information systems

Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a diverse, dynamic and multicultural environment

Comprehensive experience in working with persons who have disabilities in an educational setting;

Experience in Microsoft Office and/or certification in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Test Services facility in a post-secondary environment which includes the following:

Work experience in a complex detail-oriented, customer service driven, computerized office setting;

Office experience with a client database such as Clockwork.

Two (2) year diploma or equivalent in Office Administration or related field of study;

Advising on data management and retention, and research impact.

Evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills.

Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive and productive collaborations with staff and faculty.

Demonstrated ability to adjust priorities, take initiative, set goals, manage time wisely, and make quick effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in conducting library instruction or teaching in an academic environment.

Familiarity with qualitative or quantitative data, manipulation of datasets, and experience teaching data sources to researchers, faculty and students.

Working knowledge of appreciative inquiry, and experience applying it in a workplace environment

Accepts responsibility for personal continuing professional education.

Willingly develops and maintains skills, and assumes appropriate leadership relevant to the position.

Experience developing and providing information services and learning support resources to a broad community of users

Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies, and trends in student learning, and teaching tools
