Previous L&D Project Management experience – 4 years

Position: Project Manager II - Learning & Development

• Experience in leading learning-specific projects – 4 years • Advanced MS Office (esp. MS Project)

• PMI or PMP certification

• Experience with eLearning tools and standards (i.e., SCORM, AICC, HTML 5)

• Experience with industry development software like Articulate, Adobe Connect, etc.

Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, and instructional design.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.

Provide coaching for leaders on performance management, employee development, team development and mentorship

Create and administer tools that support performance management, coaching and employee development cycles

Conduct training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of training methodologies, to ensure employee skills and knowledge development.

Work closely with HR and management to analyze employee feedback and develop action plans to address engagement challenges.

Risk Management and Audit Capabilities:

o PMP, PgMP, or Portfolio Management certifications.

o Familiarity with audit capabilities and risk management in program management.

Learning and Development Program Monitoring and Management:

Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

o Identify and assess portfolio and program risks, creating risk management plans to mitigate potential issues.
