Test Services Proctor – Centre For Accessible Learning

Comprehensive experience in working with persons who have disabilities in an educational setting;
Experience in Microsoft Office and/or certification in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Test Services facility in a post-secondary environment which includes the following:
Work experience in a complex detail-oriented, customer service driven, computerized office setting;
Office experience with a client database such as Clockwork.
Two (2) year diploma or equivalent in Office Administration or related field of study;
Learning Facilitator (Distribution Centre)

Track learning progress/completion through reporting via the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure sessions are scheduled and up to date.
6+ months experience in teaching, facilitation, and/or coaching in an educational, corporate, and/or warehouse environment.
Previous experience in project work, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Partner with site P+C site coordinator + talent acquisition to ensure a seamless new hire onboarding experience.
Experience in adult learning facilitation. (Teaching, corporate or warehouse)
Excellent written and verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
