Figure Skating, Hockey, Recreational skating lessons or Ringette experience.
Must hold a valid HIGH FIVE ® Principles of Healthy Child Development certification and is at the employees expense.
Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.
Strong skills in verbal and written communication.
Previous customer service experience is an asset.

Partnering with the Employee Relations team to ensure a functional fit as per objective medical documentation;
Preparing and distributing correspondence of a confidential nature (e.g., DTA Agreements);
Booking meetings and coordinating meeting logistics.
