Running our Life Skills Boot Camp with cohorts of students entering the program

1+ years of experience working with kids ages 11 - 17

Using adaptive technology to understand better where a student is at in their academics and how they can improve

Developing common interests by learning about what kids love

Fostering accountability through positive feedback and connection, not authority

Sharing the life skills gained through personal sports experiences to help cultivate ownership, confidence, and positive habits

Recruit, manage, coach, and on-going performance management of all staff.

Increase all college areas knowledge and awareness of the work of CIIL.

5+ years of directly related EDI experience.

5+ years in leadership roles in public or private sector, and experience in consulting and training preferred.

Branding, networking, and researching skills.

Work effectively with multiple stakeholders and staff from across many sites and sectors and including executive, managerial and front-line personnel.

Function as a member of the senior leadership team and participate in leadership forums and relevant meetings.

Identify and use internal and external support resources to accomplish work goals.

Assist in the development of other programs and services as assigned.

Preference will be given to individuals currently employed at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority or service partner organizations.
