Lead Optical Manufacturing Eng Jobs

Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are essential to meet production deadlines.

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.

Oversee the manufacturing process from start to finish, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of production tasks.

Maintain high-quality standards by enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.

Minimum 5 years of industry experience with 1 year in a lead position

GMP manufacturing, aseptic manufacturing, and clean room validation experience

Lead the production of drug products following strict cGMP guidelines and resolve all production-related quality events in a timely manner.

Coordinate Production activities with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Plant

Maintenance to facilitate on-time release of drug products and radioisotopes.

Participate in technical transfer and process validation activities in collaboration with other departments, as needed.

Knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN principles and other methods related to improvement

Very good organizational and planning skills

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of MS Office and Visio.

Experience in the aerospace sector

Coordinate the continuous improvement activities

Manages Planning information in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

2-3 experience in a Maintenance Planner role or similar

Experience with automated office and inventory control systems

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is considered an asset

Shares responsibility with Maintenance Resource / BUL for the success of the job planning function.
