5+ years of experience in materials planning, inventory and/or supply chain management preferably with CPG or Food Manufacturing.

BA in business administration, supply chain/operations management and/or other relevant degrees.

Required: ERP experience with SAP, advanced Excel skills.

An Operational Effectiveness mindset; LEAN Six Sigma certifications an asset.

Plan, execute, and/or report internal audits to management.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or another related field, and preferably have an advanced degree relevant to accounting and finance.

Additional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor would be a plus.

Broad knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, and ability to coach team members on these skills.

Broad knowledge of budget development and management.

Comprehensive knowledge of complex care and service delivery in residential care settings.

Demonstrated knowledge of residential care best practices; populations served and care needs/activities.

Demonstrated ability to provide clinical and administrative supervision and consultation and manage relevant HR processes.

Demonstrated skills and ability to facilitate the development of highly effective teams, and to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experienced in Health and Safety and/or quality management representative roles.

Excellent understanding of Safety Management Systems and/or Quality Management Systems and the requirements associated with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.

Lead audit team in developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed.

Certified Health and Safety or Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor

Evaluate processes for compliance with quality and legal requirements.

+8 years of experience in auditing environment (Health and Safety and/or Quality).

Fulfill management functions such as providing advice and feedback to junior employees.

Our desired profile for this role includes the following skills and experience:

Have the ability to use judgment when reviewing a client to ensure all issues and concerns are appropriately managed and timely.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Politics or related

Excellent technical skills vis-à-vis compliance systems and software; excellent IT literacy.

3-5 years of leadership experience in AML compliance.

Strives to provide customers with sufficient audit experience to cover the whole of SGS’s Knowledge accredited activities.

Attend quarterly Registration Management Committee meetings (Americas Aerospace Quality Group)

7+ years of experience in the Certification industry

Undertake any other activities as directed by the Product Manager, Director of Technical (I&T) and Technical Accreditation Manager.

Internal training will be provided in the following areas for the candidate to grow into AS Product Manager Position:
