Lead Electricians are responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects, ensuring that all electrical systems are installed and maintained in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. They are also responsible for training and supervising other electricians, and for troubleshooting and resolving electrical problems. Lead Electricians must be knowledgeable in all aspects of electrical systems, including wiring, circuitry, and safety regulations. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and must be able to use a variety of electrical tools and equipment. Lead Electricians must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to communicate effectively with other electricians and supervisors.
