Establish and manage key internal cross functional and cross business relationships.

Experience supporting sales training and enablement

Life Reinsurance or Life Insurance related experience would complement the team

Advanced knowledge of broad business practices

Experience with CRM platforms, analytic tools, and presentation programs (PPT, Canva)

Advanced persuasion skills when working with internal/external customers to resolve issues/problems

10 years of successful sales management and/or sales experience

Develop strong business relationships with the top management of key customer accounts

Manage operational costs and achieve cost ratio targets

Manage Belimo’s Mississauga Office/Warehouse facility per Belimo policies

Demonstrated assertive, persuasive, and creative problem solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You have strong project management skills

You will prepare and analyze accurate and thorough inventory related reports for management

You will manage team performance and engagement, including weekly coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings

You have over 5 years’ related experience; electronics industry or vision industry experience is an asset

You have customer service centre or purchasing experience

You are a strong team player and have communication, presentation, and organizational skills
