Direct experience in language programming to newcomers through either languageinstruction,assessment, and/or administration

Lead and attend meetings related to the Portfolio-Based Language Assessment (PBLA)implementation,providingguidanceandsupporttoPBLAtrainersandassessors,andfacilitatingdiscussionsonPBLA-relatedtopicstoensureeffectiveimplementationandongoing improvement

Identify different needs related to small centre and urban language training provision, aswellasregionallyspecific needs

Undertake all facets of meetings coordination, including facilitation, creating supportingmaterials,logistics,minutes,andreporting

Create resources and support the sharing of resources and relevant data with the languagesector

Coordinate the sharing of specialized expertise and support resource mobilization andnavigationwithinthesector

Collaborate with sales team colleagues and management to strategize sales plans.

Provide exemplary customer service by building relationships, investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management and editorial teams.

Manage and organize contacts within a CRM platform (Customer relationship management), including case notes.

Profound knowledge of the Canadian educational system.

2+ years of experience as a world language educator.

Experience as a second-language educator in Canada.
