Be a key contributor to the creation of essential storage solutions

Recruit and manage a diverse panel of qualified judges to assess the participants' work objectively.

Collaborate with the team to develop a clear vision and mission for each design challenge.

Identify target audiences, goals, and potential challenges to ensure the success of the events.

Develop a timeline and detailed project plan for each challenge, including key milestones and tasks.

Design innovative and engaging design challenges that align with the organization's objectives.

Create clear and concise guidelines, rules, and criteria for participants to follow.

Completion of high school (Grade 12) diploma or equivalent education and experience.

Minimum of two (2) years of administrative application service experience, preferably in the cultural and/or education sectors.

Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, providing information about educational programming and making necessary arrangements.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional professionalism and courtesy.

Proficiency in standard computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, email) and customized booking systems. Working knowledge of point-of-sale terminals (POS).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and judgment.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of experience working as a field labourer, further training will be provided.

· Any previous equipment experience is an asset (skid-steer, telehandler, loader, etc.)

· Minimum of 1 year of previous experience working as a labourer around heavy equipment is beneficial

· Experience with various power tools, shovels, and other construction equipment

Candidate will be able to work independently while managing multi-dimensional projects within budget, schedule, and requirements.

Organizing and assisting as part of the team in organizing, packing and unpacking projects.

Responsible for monitoring quality standards, policies and procedures (as outlined by Calm Order),

Pursuing post secondary education preferred

Knowledge of scuba diving preferred
