Advanced organizational, project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task detailed-oriented assignments with tight deadlines.

Drafting content for the Knowledge Portal, with a focus on legislative reform in progress across Canada.

Develop and manage practice resources and tools such as model precedents, best practices, and reusable work product.

Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Strong delegation and supervisory skills.

Advanced negotiation and teamwork skills to interact/collaborate with various groups.

Experience in knowledge management best practices

Research and keep up-to-date on myHR knowledge and portal management best practices and system-related enhancements, updating processes, tools etc. as necessary

Promote a knowledge sharing culture within HR by collaborating across HR teams and driving efficient and effective knowledge management processes

Attention to detail and project management skills

Ability to leverage user experience design principles to influence usability and function of myHR
