Junior Supply Chain Architect Jobs

Direct experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations and/or Supply Chain Management certification preferred

5+ years of experience implementing inventory and warehouse management solutions

Consulting experience required; project management experience is an asset

Work with sales and project team members to design solutions to address inventory, distribution and warehousing requirements

Assist in collection of client requirements and the subsequent development of solutions to effectively deliver solutions

Deliver on site or remote business process and application support to customers as required

● Demonstrated ability to manage abstract conversations and turn them into actionable requirements and insights.

● Translate business and technical requirements into written proposals, quote/configurations, diagrams, and master service agreements.

● Participate in product development. Ensure knowledge transfer and training of sales staff on our services.

● Experience with Software Development life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Assurance Methods, DevOps and CICD

● Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail.

● Excellent written and verbal skills.

"Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related subject;

Proficient knowledge of SAP and Excel. Experience supporting customers or in a customer-facing role.

Manage the daily stock prioritization process for assigned customer and categories, securing inventory to help bridge through supply challenges

Provide twice daily direction/re-cap to customer experience team on all prioritized skus

Develop and implement Asset Management strategies to increase customer service and delivery performance whilst minimizing financial liabilities

You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics/ Industrial Engineering/Mathematics with focus on Supply Chain Management processes

5 -10 years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment Excellent coaching/mentoring leadership skills

Proven continuous improvement, problem solving skills and process improvement experience highly desired

Manage all aspects of inventory analysis and reporting, presents monthly inventory report to CFO and operations managers

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to construct and make presentations to stakeholders

Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, production planning, and distribution.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) are preferred but not required.

Design and develop end-to-end supply chain architectures, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, production planning, transportation, and distribution.

Identify and implement best practices and industry benchmarks for supply chain management to drive operational excellence.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and logistics.
