Ontario OCT teaching certification, teacher certified in another province, or enrollment in an education degree program.

Provide evidence before the Ontario Land Tribunal and other tribunals, as required.

Facilitate public consultation, liaison and community outreach.

Handout equipment to warehouse staff at the start of shift and as needed

Oversee calls and emails from various departments and customers

Prepare driver bags by adding keys, temperature gauges, paperwork etc.

Oversee the collection of cheques/cash, invoices, keys, temperature gauges etc.

Provide service excellence to internal/external customers

Demonstrated knowledge of health information systems and database management (Ex. Meditech, Quanum, Epic)

Certified with Canadian College of Health Information Management and must be an active member in good standing (If applicable)

Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and the ability for detail work

Graduate of a recognized Health information Program or equivalent

Able to perform patient chart research and data analysis, with the use of various computer software systems
