They also provide financial analysis and advice to management on financial matters. Detailed Job Description A Junior Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations. This includes ensuring that all financial transactions are properly documented and reported, and that the organization’s financial records are accurate and up-to-date. They are also responsible for providing financial analysis and advice to management on financial matters. They may also be responsible for preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities. Job Skills Required• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial or accounting role
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
