Digital Media Content Creator/Copywriter (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer):

Helping create and maintain a comprehensive social media plan.

Developing engaging content for our website and social media platforms, such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

Tracking the effectiveness of our social media work and providing recommendations to test and review content impact.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with content management systems (CMS).

3. Superior communication and organizational skills.

2. Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

4. Keen attention to detail and an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in college diploma or equivalent work experience.

Ability to create new graphic illustrations and use storyboarding skills with a solid understanding of typography and layout.

Experience working with social tagging

Have experience using tools like Grammerly

Have experience updating content in Wordpress

5 years of experience creating content for businesses (commercial content)

Have a home office / be able to work from home

Some basic experience with the concepts of social media and content marketing.

Comfortable working remotely (our headquarters are our homes!)

Degree in communications/marketing/ecommerce is preferred but not a requirement

This is a remote position available in Canada and ideally in the Eastern time zone (i.e. Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa)

Measure advertising campaign results by looking at relevant data to generate meaningful and actionable insights for clients.

Actively support in responding to client requests where appropriate/assigned.
