Journeyperson Jobs in Nova Scotia

- Valid Electrician license/certification (Journeyman level or equivalent)

- Current WHMIS & Fall Protection certification

- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installations

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach

Two (2) years of experience performing duties related to the above mentioned major responsibilities

Demonstrated experience within an arboriculture and/or urban forestry work environment

Demonstrate professional experience pruning and removing all sizes of hazardous trees

Demonstrated experience performing all tree maintenance/arboriculture duties in accordance to the International Society of Arboriculture

Demonstrated professional experience operating chain saws, pole saws, bucket trucks, crane trucks, and chippers

Working knowledge of the following principles and standards: all aspects of urban arboriculture; chainsaw maintenance
