Supervise l’émission des factures pour tous les sites de géochimie au Canada

Imprime les factures finales et distribue aux contacts des comptes fournisseurs des clients

Garantit un TAT de 24 à 48 heures sur toutes les factures

Génère un rapport mensuel sur le vieillissement et distribue les relevés des clients

Répond aux demandes des clients et résout toute anomalie de facturation

Suit tous les principes et règles comptables requis tels que définis par le département financier de SGS

· 7-10 years within the pharmaceutical industry, including managerial responsibilities.

· Excellent communication skills, written and oral in English is mandatory; and French proficiency is an asset

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· Knowledge of international regulations

Assessing any necessary complimentary studies for registration in the case of incremental innovative products.

Evaluating the feasibility of registering potential new indications based on ongoing studies.

Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Support and administration of risk assessment review process and implementation of changes to risk management process as needed.

Regulatory Affairs / Quality Management RAC certificate is preferred.

Maintain Technical Documentation files in compliance with international requirements.

Supports new product development, risk analysis, and launch processes, and manage QA participation on new production development.

Experience with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, required.

Knowledge with REACH, RoHS, WEEE, CE mark, UKCA directives and Safety Data Sheet compliance.

Excellent organizational skills and proficient time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including writing and research skills

Experience working in policy or politics

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in the social sciences or related field

Demonstrated reliability and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently

Must be based in Montreal as of August
