Detailed Job Description A Journeyman Pipefitter is responsible for the installation and maintenance of piping systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics in order to accurately install and repair piping systems. They must be able to use a variety of tools and equipment, including pipe cutters, threaders, and wrenches. They must be able to identify and troubleshoot problems with piping systems, and make necessary repairs. They must be able to work in confined spaces, and must be able to lift and carry heavy objects. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
