Major Responsibilities:
- Must have a good attendance record
- Follow all GMP Rules & Regulations and Quality Checks
- Overtime work may be required including weekend
- Use of SAP for Asset Maintenance Management (AMM) to manage work orders and closures
- Must show initiative and responsibility to carry out assigned work promptly with minimum supervision
- Flexible to be called in on weekends and off-shift
- Need to have good mechanical / literacy aptitude
- Work according to ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 Safety requirements
- Proactively execute the needs of a 24/7 operation while being able to respond to changing demands with short notice.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with the Nestle Quality Management System (NQMS) and quality policy.
- Valid Ontario Steamfitter license (307A)
- Can thoroughly understand company policies and procedures.
- Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of factory systems and SAP is highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excel at working within a team environment.
- Experience in pump and valve maintenance is an asset
- Trained and experienced in Maintenance of piping and plumbing systems
- Experience in food or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills and can deliver results through people.
