Irrigation Soils Agrologist Jobs

Considerable experience with laboratory and field testing of asphalt, soils and aggregates related to highway construction and maintenance;

Experience conducting geotechnical investigations including test pits and drilling, soil logging and sampling, aggregate production, and soil compaction QA/QC;

Experience working on construction sites, supervising contractors and heavy equipment;

Experience working in a northern environment would be an asset; and

Technical knowledge required to work within an asphalt/geotechnical laboratory.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Previous experience is an asset

Good written and verbal communication skills

Conduct soil and asphalt field testing

Complete reports using our customized computer program

Liaise with clients in person and over the phone

Testing soil with a nuclear gauge: 1 year (required)
