Inventory Receiving Administrator Jobs

Strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite of software especially excel, crystal report, database management.

Directly management of the Receiver and Inventory Control Clerk/Production stager.

3+ years warehouse inventory management and/or warehouse receiving.

3+ years working with ERP inventory management system and RF scanners.

Strong math and logic skills.

Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

A strong understanding of the used vehicle market

Must have at least a class 5 driver’s license

You can be fast and furious (but more like safe and cautious) in both automatic and manual vehicles

You know how to bring out the best options and features in our vehicles with a camera

Experience and knowledge of SRM/E-requisition system

Assists in ensuring onsite inventory requirements are entered and submitted via SAP

Must have a minimum Grade 12 education

Must have similar experience in an administrative support role in a service or clinical area

Must have knowledge of medical terminology and supplies

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent time management, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills

Must possess some computer and/or data entry skills (email, Excel)

Thorough understanding of best practices in inventory management, warehousing, and receiving

High-school diploma or post-secondary education

5+ years of current hands-on experience in receiving required, ideally in a manufacturing environment

Experience supervising or directing the activities of warehouse staff
