1 to 3 years of previous vehicle parking; dealership experience preferred

Apprising Supervisor and Customer Service Manager of any non-compliant freight

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Industry experience preferred; not required

Daily inventory cycles, cycle counts; reconciliation of counts

Understanding of inventory management principles.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.

Collaborate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.

Proven experience in inventory coordination or similar role.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

Handles and responds to customer equipment orders and requests

Prepare quotes and reservations, convert contracts and create purchase orders.

Create invoices and issue refund/charge for cash customers.

Review customer information is accurate and verify that their credit is good.

Check inventory to ensure requested equipment is available.

File documents in proper area.

Provide regular management data on inventory performance; Record data into ERP system accordingly.

Create and maintain accurate inventory control functions and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the stock management system implemented.

Maintain and manage inventory of products and stocked products, which include stock locations and profiles.

Achieve target quota and any other operation related responsibilities may be added as the company continues to grow.

Balancing of the current inventory levels of our 3PLs and determining the replenishment necessary to maintain optimal stock for fulfillment.

Determining where to allocate shipments based on the current inventory levels and optimize warehouse inventory for the fulfillment of orders.
