Conduct analysis and reconcile enterprise inventory within the financial inventory system of record (RMS) and warehouse management system (WMS).

Collaborate with Inventory Systems, Finance, DC Operations and auditors to support accuracy and compliance within the DC network.

Expert knowledge of Excel and Power Bi

Monitor systematic and physical accuracy of external manufacturing product in the KHC network

Subject matter expert in External Manufacturing (EM) vendor models to trouble shoot- train- and work with cross-functional team on addressing issues

Main point of contact for the EM network for any system and process issues

Ensure EMs are completing transactions in a timely and accurate manner and maintaining their inventory accuracy

Support new external manufacturers through start up including system integration and ensuring project is tracking to established timeline

At least 2 years of knowledge and experience in warehousing and material handling

Previous experience as a cycle counter / inventory control associate

Working knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP or equivalent)

Strong computer skills especially Excel (intermediate level required)

Trained to operate mobile equipment, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate data analysis #SupplyChain

3 years of direct people management experience of hourly employees

Supports with 3PL relationship management if applicable

Proficient with a Warehouse Management System and Labor Management System

Responsible for ensuring that all SOX compliance requirements are met

5+ years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center or similar environment-preferably in a fast paced, high growth environment

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or relevant on the job years of experience

Some Experience with Costing and Inventory id preferred

Knowledge of accounts payable cycle

Experience working in high volume/transaction environment.
