Occasionally travel within Canada and internationally to represent NorQuest at education fairs, presentations, and recruitment events.

5+ years of experience in sales, inbound marketing or online customer service.

Progressively more responsible related experience, including setting goals and objectives, coordination, and planning.

Online marketing and social media coordination experience.

Experience working outside Canada highly advantageous.

Knowledge of group dynamics and experience leading, planning, and facilitating groups.

Conducts one-on-one appointments with students about their immigration documentation and responsibilities.

Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills; and the ability to communicate with a diverse population.

Minimum 3 years of experience.

Experience providing support and/or advising services to international students in a post-secondary setting.

Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Manage the International Helpline and International Email , forwarding calls and queries to the INT Admissions Team as necessary.

Experience working with international students and an understanding of the issues that they may face.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with student information systems.

Diploma or degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
