To manage a caseload, deliver awareness training and determine if the client requires referral to another VLRC service or external services.

Low Vision Therapy certification or the willingness to train.

Bachelor's degree with a preference for Social Work, Education, Nursing, Gerontology, or healthcare.

Computer skills, organized with an attention for detail.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to use good judgement.

You'll help to define the desired user experience and influence the roadmap to solve user problems.

You’ll work alongside UX Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to iterate on new features within the GitLab product.

You’ve got at least a few years of experience designing enterprise software, in particular enterprise agile planning and/or developer tools.

Strong experience following a user-centered or human-centered design approach, in conjunction with design thinking.

You enjoy getting involved in research and usability testing, and you continually look to improve your user research abilities.

Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications

- 3-6 years of professional experience

- Excellent Revit and Rhino skills

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets

- Experience with Enscape an asset

- Strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills
