Demonstrated experience in defect management process, using defect management

Provide clear status updates to management on the progress of all ongoing EDI implementations

Experience in the transportation logistics and/or supply chain industries will be considered an asset

1-3+ years experience with integration and implementation of EDI trading partners

Knowledge of various connectivity solutions such as VAN, AS2, and SFTP

Working knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI standards and best practices

Experience with EDI Software Solutions such as SPS and Data Masons

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with manual, automated, and API testing processes.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, providing technical knowledge and experience

Implement and support automated jobs for managed file transfer using Ipswitch MOVEit platform.

Knowledge of SSL certificates including creation of CSRs and installation/update/tracking of certificates.

Hands-on intensive experience with IBM Web Content Management (must have)

Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
