Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.

Bachelor’s in Education or Instructional Design; or at least 1 year of experience being a learning experience designer in Financial Services

Influence decisions being made to incorporate more innovative ways of learning experience design for customer service associates

Knowledge of instructional systems design methodology, rapid design/development methodologies, adult learning theory, research methodology, and assessment tools.

Ability and skill set to facilitate training classes virtually and in person

Strong time management and organizational skills to meet timelines and milestones

Design, develop and maintain engaging educational content for FP&A professionals in areas of soft skill development and industry best practices

Develop new and maintain existing educational templates and files to streamline the development of online training programs

Follow and adhere to NASBA sponsor requirements to create courses that are eligible for CPE credits, where appropriate

Experience with design tools used in a learning creation environment (MS PowerPoint, Adobe Creative, Adobe RISE and Storyline, Camtasia, Biteable)

Strong communication skills (written, listening, verbal) demonstrating understanding of diversity of learner needs to ensure optimal user experience

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to manage deliverables, simultaneously using sound judgment, critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Learning, the Learning Experience Designer:

5- 8 years’ of professional experience in a collaborative team environment within a Learning and/or Human Resources function

Experience delivering e-learning content leveraging LMS technology and/or other platforms (e.g. SharePoint).

Takes personal ownership of engagement and performance development

Demonstrated basic skills in social media management and adaptation to changing technology;

Demonstrated experience in delivering presentations and creating presentation materials;

Demonstrated experience working with international learners and/or newcomers;

Experience using and manipulating Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other administration tools, including virtual webinar and meeting tools;

Strong organizational and planning skills;

Minimum of a two (2) year diploma/degree or equivalent in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Completed post-secondary program in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

Research skills and experiences related to data collection, data analysis, transcribing, coding, and report writing.
