Good time management and multi-tasking skills developed from leading multiple ERP systems

Working on HR, Finance or Asset Management ERP Systems

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate business and technical requirements to internal/external stake holders

Minimum 5 years of experience developing ERP systems

Strong experience with web based ERP integrations

- Working with database administrators to ensure efficient and secure data management within Oracle databases.

- Strong knowledge and experience in ERP systems, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.

- Designing, configuring, and implementing ERP systems to meet business requirements.

- Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and develop solutions to streamline processes.

- Experience working with MQ (message queue) technologies for data integration and communication.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and/or Prince2 Practitioner certification are required. Scrum Master certification is a desirable asset.

Adapt best practices and tools for project execution and management based on unique client situations and contexts.

Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to the project baseline.

Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including the development of relevant artifacts.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities when appropriate.
