Detailed Job Description Insurance Specialists are responsible for providing advice and assistance to clients on a variety of insurance products and services. They must be knowledgeable in the areas of insurance law, regulations, and policies, and be able to provide advice on the best insurance coverage for their clients. Insurance Specialists must be able to assess the needs of their clients and provide them with the best coverage options. They must also be able to explain the terms and conditions of the insurance policies to their clients. Insurance Specialists are also responsible for managing the claims process, ensuring that claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner. They must be able to review and analyze claims documents and make decisions regarding the validity of the claims.
